I discovered this used to be a Super Eight. Thought it was a regular resort, but far from it. Here is the good: 2 bottles of free water Coffee maker Refrigerator Complimentary coffee and pastry Good pizza in casino and reasonably-priced. Also friendly Security- manned and cameras Clean room Comfortable bed Great towels and toiletries An actual desk clock Safe The Bad TV reception poor. Had to wait till exactly 3pm to check in. Made you feel unimportant and hard being elderly waiting. Not much of a lobby -Like Motel Six Off the strip. Took me 15 minutes to walk. Not able to use Complimentary Coupon for coffee and pastry until 8am Went unused Air conditioner was portable and noisy Small room not for families Have to walk outside to get to casino- it's a seperate building. Would I stay again? No Hotels are making a huge mistake by not being flexible with early check ins. This is the second place where clerks count down to the last second before you are addressed. I'm not even certain if they had a place to store luggage when you had to wait. Change that policy! And why the resort fee when there was no resort?

This is a great option for a tight budget close to the strip. However, hotel management is not able to be flexible with check-in times. My partner and I showed up 5 hours earlier than check-in time. We were not given any option to check-in early (not even for an extra fee). The hotel staff were adamant about checking in at 3:00 PM on the dot. Hotel does the job facility wise but it is not my top choice. It is reminiscent of an inn.

I really liked our stay in the hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We arrived before check in time, and they were able to provide us room. They also gave us microwave when we asked for it. And they kept our baggage after checking out. There are a lot of dinning options around. And the hotel is located in reasonable walking distance to the Strip. The only thing I got confused was resort fee. They charged us 200$ for 5 nights, but pool and other amenities weee closed. Rather than that I would recommend this place to my friends.
