Good location, really liked the coffee machine. Didn’t like how the restaurant wouldn’t let me take a spoon up to my room. The front didn’t have a knife, only fork and spoons. The laundry machines were the worst. Paid for the extra wash and dry options but clothes were still soaking wet. The staff took my wet clothes out and stored it at the front desk. When I claimed it, they couldn’t help with anything. Tried to dry 2 more times on 2 hour drying only mode and still wet. Wasted my day doing laundry and waited until 3am to hope to not have to pack wet clothes to checkout the next day. Only after that the staff was willing to take care of it.

Loved how close this hotel was to Nishiki Market and other shopping areas. Room was a great size and super clean too. Staff were also very friendly.

The property is in an amazing location. Walk outside and you are surrounded with many food and shopping options. A short walk to transit. The staff was very friendly. I would highly recommend this location!!
