The hotel was clean and one of the few that passes my white glove test for dust on the day that I arrive. The room had all of the amenities that I need including slippers because really who thinks about bringing their slippers with them on vacation. The staff at the front desk are helpful and knowledgeable about transportation to and from the tourist sites. The hotel is conveniently located a 5-minute walk from the metro station for one line and a 10-minute walk to the other line but of course you can get connecting lines to go anywhere in the city. The popular street with a lot of street food and restaurants is also only a 5-minute walk.
The breakfast included had a large variety of food choices to accommodate people from many different cultures who choose different kinds of breakfast foods. I didn't find this out until a week into my stay but you can also request one of the staff people to make fried eggs for you if you don't like the scrambled eggs that are provided in the buffet.
This hotel was the best thing about my vacation in Kuala Lumpur. I'll never go back to this city because it's oppressively hot and overrated as a tourist destination. But it was great to have a nice comfortable hotel to relax in when I took a break from the heat and stayed at my hotel.
