Excellent check in experience, Mr. Fawaz accommodated my request to change the room with different view and the duty manager granted me 2 hours late check out. Great location, the hotel has cigar smoking lounge, also specious lobby. Only two areas of improvement i can think of, refurbishment of bathroom and smell of the lobby
