They denied the stay and also they were extremely rude with us. After calling Wotif they allowed us to stay, but we preferred not to stay there because we felt quite insecure at that place. I'm doubting about using wotif again.

Only downside was no windowin room. Reasonable price and convenient location. People complaining about queue at the elevator in reviews, well what you expect you are in hong kong.
