Location isn’t so good, especially if you don’t rent a car. No public service, only taxi, but there’s a transportation service of the hotel according to their timing. The view is great and the room is fine.

Big upside, small downside
The view of Mt. Fuji is FANTASTIC. From the rooms, from the onsen, from the restaurant, from everywhere. Two negatives: the distance from the station (1500 yen taxi), and the furnishings, while fine, could use an upgrade. Otherwise it was great. Food at restaurant, friendly staff, spacious room. It was an enjoyable stay.
Staff has a limited in English and the room temperature is kind of too warm though the outside temperature is -5oC. The staff is unable to help with this. Other than that, the view is excellent especially Fiji Mt, you can view it clearly from your room. Room is big for 3 of us. Kimono dresses were provided and staff are friendly.
Room was huge can open 3 luggage’s. Big window with full view of Mt Fuji. Toilet was big and brightly lit. However room only has heater so it was stuffy, need open window to let in cool air. Breakfast is Japanese style, limited choice. They provide a grill to cook own meat and fish. It wasn’t nice. Location is not accessible you will need a car to reach hotel.
Staff were great. I got slip disc which happen suddenly, they help search for hospital nearby and gave us the address. We needed to change return location of our rental car to airport branch, hotel staff help us to call Nippon and explain my medical condition. We had language barrier so this was a great help.
Will give 5 stars if the communication via the platform was commited. I contacted them multiple times via platform and email with no response.
Tried to arrange shutter bus pickup but ended up walking 40 minutes with bags to hotel as it was difficult to get taxi at station at night.
