We had a horrible experience checking in. It was not friendly or inviting and we got screamed at by the front desk clerk while check in. I was expecting a room with a nicer view and got stuck all the way in the back of the hotel. Although the rooms were beautiful I was not happy with my experience.

Trash receptacles remained over flowing for most of the stay. Debris/trash was observed on walkways for multiple days in a row. Employees sat in carts parked in guest parking areas, leaving few or no remaining spots for guests.

Check in was late, apparently they don’t have enough people to clean all the rooms. The room only had supplies ( bedding, towels, toiletries) for two people. As well as drinking glasses and coffee cups, and blankets and sheets for the pull out sofa. There were three of us.The property is very nice, but kind off out off the way and not somewhere I would have expected. There is a shuttle service to get around. But they only have one restaurant on the property. There are no restaurants with in a couple of miles,

Great stay!
Very nice resort with lovely people, delicious food, plenty to do. Room was very comfortable and clean. There are military planes doing exercises overhead at times, so it can be loud, but that did not detract from the stay for us. The shuttle to Old Town Key West was convenient, we will not rent a car next time we come as it was not needed.

Spent a great deal of time researching places to stay in key west. was thrilled when we experienced the property and staff in person. 6 pools with comfortable padded chairs and poolside service made for relaxing days. The rooms were spacious and clean, gave 4 stars because of a couple large (coffee stains) on the carpet that we saw as soon as we entered. The staff was friendly and helpful. Loved having the ability to drive into the business district from our quiet tranquil spot! Highly recommend!!!
