Only reason for the 4 stars was our room had water seeping from underneath the floor near the porch when it would rain. Room 476 by the way. Did report this. Otherwise the stay was perfect.

Great Beachfront Resort
Nice beach front resort. Rooms were very nice, balcony was very small. We especially liked the variation of seating around the pool area. Loved the fire pits and comfy chair options. The game room had some fun options for kids and adults to enjoy. Appreciated that the bar music and noise ended at a reasonable time to allow for good sleeping, since we overlooked the pool/bar. The only real negative was the front desk people. Their body language is to make you feel they are annoyed to be interrupted and to ignore you for an uncomfortable length of time. When you walk up, they prioritize the other staff they are chatting with or being on the computer over briefly greeting you warmly, giving a smile, possibly inquiring if you have a quick question or communicating if they need a minute to finish up something and will be right with you. Guys at the valet desk were far more friendly and engaging than front desk.
