I stay at this hotel every time I visit NYC. This is my third time staying at this hotel. I love Jersey city, and how close the Newport Mall is to the hotel. If you walk through the mall, you can get to the metro station easily.

We stayed 3 nights, and didnt have anyone clean room. We had to ask for trash bags. BUT their staff was amazingly friendly and professional. We did an early check in and didnt get charged. They had breakfast each morning.
