There was a lot of changes and lower standards from best western to quality inn transition. More expensive, less breakfast, less cleaning, less customer care. They are doing ok for the new lower standards, just dissatisfied when I know how much better the place was 2 months ago. I thought it would have gotten better now worst.

Just Say NO!
I arrived early and was told my room was ready but if I needed to check in earlier than 3:00 sharp, there would be a $50 fee. So when I did check in, I was disappointed in the room. The bathroom was disgusting and very dated. The toilet seat was discolored and there was mold by the tub. The old ceramic tub was dangerous so they provided a tub mat. Both times while showering the hot water ran out before we finished. The beds looked okay until you really paid attention. My bed had a blanket on it that looked like it was from the 1970's and the very thin bedspread had stains on it which totally grossed me out. I slept on the very uncomfortable mattress but only used the top sheet. I prepaid for my room so I stayed and cringed. I can't review the breakfast because by that time I had lost faith in the hotel and just wanted to get out. The most positive thing I can say is that the woman at the front desk was very nice especially since she was being overworked because 2 employees had quit unexpectantly. I have stayed in BW Premiere hotels before but this one just needs to be gutted and torn down. I had another BW stay planned for later in the month and will be cancelling my stay.
