Our room smelled of cigarette smoke when we walked in. The hotel was sold out so we tolerated it for the 3 day stay. The bathroom shower had hairs all over. Always love the Hyatt but this was a huge disappointment. Location was a plus.

From the moment that we checked in to our check out, it was seamless, and everyone was friendly. We had some trouble getting out of the parking garage, and the valet service was quick to come and assist us. Also, the breakfast was much better than expected for a hotel stay. The location is great. The only downside is the street noise but that is nothing that the hotel staff can help. Otherwise I will stay again, and I recommend anyone looking for a hotel in the Indianapolis area to consider staying at this hotel.

Room was very small. No soundproofing at all lots of street noise and could hear the person next door and in the hallway. In the middle of the night we awoke to the sound of water in the ventilation system which we could hear all night. We were afraid that it was coming into our room. Would not stay here again.
