The place was in a quiet area but a few nights there were people in the parking lot blowing horns. The carpet in our room was stained and dirty. Saw a few chips which weren’t ours under the bed. The carpet down the hall on the second floor had a ridge sticking up in the middle. It could cause someone to trip. 24 hour fitness center is not 24 hour accessible. Have to get front desk to open door before 7 AM. There were no disinfectant wipes to clean equipment after using. Television in fitness center did not work. If it wouldn’t have been for those few things, it would be perfect.
The breakfast was terrible. Front desk staff was not that friendly. Our last night there the fire alarm went off multiple time starting at 1:30am. When checking out the front desk person didn’t ask how our stay was or even issue an apology on behalf of Holiday inn. Never will I stay at this over priced hotel.
We stayed here for 3 nights with two young kids. Felt very safe, room was comfortable and clean. They gave us fresh towels every day and took out the garbage which we really appreciated! We liked the breakfast and they had lots of options. Pool (indoor) was not heated and had high levels of chlorine but the kids still swam and had fun. We would stay here again if we come to Hot Springs! Thank you to the staff for keeping the hotel nice and clean!

Really enjoyed our stay, the room was nice all areas clean. The desk employee (Kevin) was very nice and friendly, very helpful. Kevin's friendly/helpful demeanor was great.
So, I realize it's Covid-19 but these folks seem to forget they are still the in the hospitality industry. First of all, what would it take to run a banner on the page during booking warning folks breakfast would be a nutrigrain bar and juice in a bag or that the indoor pool would be closed? When a family with kids is traveling, this is one of the things we consider. So, fine... we didn't know. That's annoying. What's substandard is that we were told to leave our dirty towels outside the door, which we did on the first night, and two days later, the towels were still there. The beds were not comfortable (really surprising because usually Holiday Inn has comfy beds) but the pull out sofa was BEYOND awful. So thin and you could see the springs poking through. And, if there's 10 cars in the parking lot to you HAVE to put us at the front of the building where birds start chirping under the awning at 4am? Has it not occurred to you to hang up one of those goofy fake owls? Or move people? Here's the thing: if I'd known I was going to be having a Motel 6 experience, I would have liked to have paid a Motel 6 price. Felt SO ripped off.

Great location on Central Ave. to everything Hot Springs has to offer. Hotel was very clean through out the complex. Pool was small more of a back yard pool, not a hotel pool IMO. Overall experience was great and would recommend.

The workers from the servers and the cleaning team were wonderful , polite, pleasant. The room was a bit crowded , a chair between the window and a bed TOTALLY useless Due to difficul to access. Room was clean, breakfast one of the I ever had in a hotel.
