Overall, staff was friendly, rooms were clean but need updating (wallpaper is peeling, rust stain in tub), and elevator was broken, stairway was unfinished, and stairwell smelled of cigarettes. Felt we should have been discounted for elevator since they placed us on third floor and we had to haul our luggage up the unfinished stairs.

Room door was open, pop machine broken, hot tub and pool closed (#1 reason for booking here) No microwave only 3 pillows on a king sized bed. Clerk at desk was not friendly. Room had a very small tv. Won't stay here again. Will be sure to call hotels booked through Expedia to verify that the pool and hot tub are open and not under remodel.

Clean but becoming run down
Place is lacking general maintenance. Our bathroom door was impossible to close and opening was no easier. Wallpaper peeling off the walls and holes in the very outdated desk chair. Wrong cooffee pods for the in room coffee maker. It was clean and the bed was comfortable. It's just the minor details that are being overlooked.
