This hotel has a great formula. Our one-bedroom apartment was efficiently designed with a small, but well-equipped kitchen, nice dining/work table (with super-comfortable chairs), and a separate bedroom with sliding doors. The property is centrally-located and has sound-proof windows, so it was dead quiet. Shower was roomy and there was plenty of hot water. Very friendly and helpful staff. Would definitely stay again.

The room was very comfortable and clean. We were greeted warmly when we checked in and every time we walked by the front desk.

Well located and very functional. Guests should be aware that the emphasis is on apartments rather than hotel. Housekeeping is only available for a few (or after eight days). There are no instructions for how to use the appliances. And requests for service (in my case, a room safe that would not open) may go unanswered. Otherwise quiet and comfortable. Though would recommend an additional lock inside the room door.

This was a wonderful place to stay. The apartments are incredibly well thought out and equipped with everything you could need. The location is amazing, very central and located right close to the river Clyde so easy too go for a walk on the promenade. The front desk people were especially kind and helpful

Got flooded out in the morning by a leak from upstairs. Only offered a drink and snacks for the inconvenience. Fairness to the staff it wasn't their fault and I was given a room to finish getting ready for the morning, but was also made to feel like I needed to leave ASAP by being asked again if we were checking out. Wasnt offered a refund despite these issues.
