Superb hotel in the heart of Glasgow, just a few mins from Queen Street Station. Staff super friendly and helpful. Room was really clean, tidy and comfortable. Hotel had a real European vibe and very Glasgow at the same time (if that mskes sense, basically all staff were awesome). Was worth paying bit extra for a 4 star stay.

Absolutely brilliant.
Beautiful warm and bright hotel, perfectly situated with friendly upbeat stff. I booked this for my 50th birthday night out with my best friend, it was literally the best location with the best reviews and the price was so fair! I absolutely would choose this hotel first when staying over in Glasgow next time. My only niggle in the whole stay was that nespresso (the only coffee available in the room) was absolutely vile, such a small thing, but after an evening on the tiles a nice coffee before venturing out of the room counts. :) The photos are the view from our room.

Fabulous hotel unfortunately was slightly let down by the inside out stained quilt cover on my bed on night 1 and a hole in the quilt cover on night 2. Chipped cup and no replenishment of tea/coffee during our stay. Other than that a lovely hotel with great friendly staff. Ideal for ease of access to all city center amenities and the beutiful wider Glasgow area.
