Clean, cozy, and quiet. Beautiful view.
The property sits in a beautiful location. Reception was pleasant and maps were given. However, the room needs updating. I don’t know if the comforter is washed between guest stays because it’s a quilt and dark. I imagine it’s not cleaned often. The shower felt like I would fall through the floor or break as it’s plastic and extremely slippery! And there was some sort of rolling air conditioning unit on the floor in the room that was extremely noisy and did not cool the room. We had to open windows on opposite walls to get some cross ventilation to cool the room - and if course by 2 AM we had to close them because it got down into the high 30’s. So not a great night’s sleep. And at over $300 a night I expected this to be more of a resort experience. It is not. Also, take the key with you every time you leave because you get locked out of your room. These look like regular door knobs in a house so that can throw you that they lock automatically. They should let guests know this. Also the parking is lacking if it’s full, which is was, so after coming back from dinner we lost our spot and went around to the back for overflow parking. I found this very unsafe in the no lights lot as there could literally be bears or other wildlife wandering about and it was very trashy in the back. This discouraged us eating the free breakfast in the morning. The nicest thing about the room were the towels, new and fluffy, and the drive back into Yellowstone is extremely close. We won’t be back.
The owners were very helpful. They told us the best places in Yellowstone to visit and the best places to eat in the area. The rooms were nice and very comfortable. I will definitely stay here again the next time I am in the area
The view is wonderful. Best shower and bath towels that we've had.
Cozy, and accommodating, it was a pleasure and nice surprise on the way to Yellowstone. Coming back soon, with friends, and family
Owner actively involved and the property and atmosphere showed it in a positive manner.
Quaint, clean, friendly, great breakfast, and elk in the backyard.

Beautiful view and clean rooms.
The room was unique in design and they had $ expensive sheets which were very comfortable. Very nice owners and location was fantastic. Great view sitting on the porch watching wildlife. Five star experience!!
Nice place, nice people!

Our Inn is #1 in the Gardiner area and in the top 10% of hotels worldwide. The room you were in has brand new furnishings costing 25,000, with new Montana log furniture and the tub is brand new costing 1,000 surrounded by handcut tile. The decor and bed covers are all new. One of the top reasons guests like to stay with us is because we are clean, cleaning is completed by the owners only, so we are clean. The air conditioning unit you refer to is an air purifier. There is central air conditioning and heat in all the rooms, the thermostat is on the wall. We have been in this business for a long time, and have never had someone who could not use a thermostat. We do not have designated parking spots because the parking in the front of the Inn can accommodate 1 1/2 times the rooms, we have added 7 new spots and you can always reach your room within 25 steps. All hotel doors lock behind you, this is a law. Your room had a kitchen fully supplied with all cooking items and a full oven with 4 burner stove top, with those additional amenities at another hotel you would have paid 350, your room was 259. The breakfast is a 40 savings, that brings the room rate down to 219. Breakfast was fresh apple pie, egg/onion/cheese with sausage. The back of the Inn does not have trash.
