One member of the family owners and your hosts, Griffin and Carley occupy the flat on the second floor and will provide excellent service and assistance. The house was built in 1902 and has been fully renovated with modern plumbing and electrical service including a fire suppression system in the basement.

The formal living room has an attractive brickwork mantelpiece, built-in bookcase, chair and picture rail, and Victorian wall covering. The entry foyer is unique with a round window, Victorian-style flooring, and wall coverings. The master bath has a vanity with twin sinks, a deep bathtub with overhead, and hand-held showers. The ¾ bath has a luxurious shower with a detachable head. Both the master bath and the half bath have ceramic tile floors. A centrally located washbasin is very convenient, especially in a time of augmented hand washing. Window blinds are in place throughout. The furnishings are pleasant and comfortable. A large flat-screen TV is provided in the family room. The flat has central A/C and heating, basement laundry with high-end machines, high-speed internet, and local TV through Xfinity Basic cable plan. Netflix and Prime Video are provided.
