The resort was nice, but it needs an update for sure, we had no USB ports. The phone didn’t work in our room. A couple of the restaurants were only open one night and the entertainment was mainly directed towards the children not enough adult shows.

Beautiful resort on a nice beach with good food and entertainment! The neon party was a blast, great that it’s family friendly! The waterpark had a good variety of different slides plus a beverage station and plenty of shade for spectators. Loved that you could grab a quick meal at one of the many restaurant options quickly and not have a long wait for your food, more time for fun! Nice that Diamante Adventure Park was nearby too. We were happy with our stay!

We just got back from a weeks stay. Overall impression was great. One restaurant was sub-par (Ocetal Steakhouse). Others along with the main dining were very good. Room was nice, always clean. Nice walkable property . Beach was great. There were a few times when the tides were a bit ruff. We took a nice snorkeling tour that included some water caves. Highly recommend Max, you will see him on the beach daily offering tours. He is accompanied by a pair of Small friendly dogs. Much less prices than the resort arranged tours. One thing that really upset us was the integrity of someone on the cleaning staff. Daily we left a $5 tip. We would get back in the afternoon and the room was nice. One day we stopped in the room before lunch. It hadn't been cleaned and the tip was gone. I put another $5 tip out. When we got back in the late afternoon, the room looked fantastic. The maid did some nice extra touches.My wife is from Colombia so the next morning she talked with the maids and found the one who had been cleaning our room. She asked about the tips and discovered that she only found one tip in our room after five days. That is out right theft. It really soured us thinking someone was going into our room just to steal someone else's tips.
