Overall we had a good experience. Traveled with two kids ages 9 and 4. We had a room with a view of the Mississippi River, which was nice. A little disappointed that the water park was closed during the two nights stay. Must check the website for the water park status because they only open at certain days. We were stuck in the elevator in the dark briefly, which was scary. The fire alarm went off while I was in a shower, that was also scary. Other than that the hotel was good and clean. Love the view.

We went to the Grand Habor for the pool, hot tub and water park and was not able to use any of these due to the park being closed. It never said that the park was closed on the web site. This was my husband's 60th birthday and we only went to this motel for the water park. We were very disappointed in not being able to use at least the pool and hot tubs that are advertised. When we got to the room the TV and phone didn't work also. We would like some refund back due to not have a wonderful time that we had hoped for. Thank you Sharon

The resort worked for my visit Overall a very good facility It is starting to get a bit long in the tooth… Room furniture is worn, edges worn and wobbly. Bar chairs similar. Complimentary breakfast a bit on the lean side. What was offered was good, but lack of items was noted. No fruit, yogurt and even waffle maker was surprising.

Loved the water park and the game room. Lots of room and the life guards were nice to have. Great parking and walking down the sidewalk along the Mississippi was beautiful! Walked to the casino too! Great place!
