Front desk greeted me in a friendly and professionally manner. Front desk was the only positive thing I can say about the stay. Upon entering room and taking shoes off and just walking across room to the other door my feet were black as ash. None of my party could go even in our socks. There was only one tub in unit and it had broken pieces as well as rusted parts. Build up in crevices. There was no plug at all around one bathroom sink. And NO BLOW-DRYER. You had to go to front desk and check out a blow-dryer. First for me. The entire unit was dated, which is fine, but not for $150 a night. I would rate the quality equal to Motel 6. The kitchen was worse than the bathroom. Could not use one door, had to completely walk around the long way, because as soon as you open the door the smell of pool chemicals burned your lungs and eyes. With that being said no one could use pool or any of the so called activities the establishment offered. I wish I had done better more thorough looking into this so called condo before throwing my money away and subjecting my family to staying in such conditions. I even left notes with the wash clothes I had to use to clean the heavy dirt off my feet for housekeeping. Whether or not they care who knows. I will never stay there, nor will I ever promote the establishment.

This place is nice, but the heated pool is ice cold. The hot tub was great and the room really nice.
