I was concerned about the security of the property, the side door was always open, with free access to anyone Also, the A/C iinto the building. The A/C in the unit was extremely loud, disrupted my sleep everytime it came on.

Absolutely terrible. Staff was so rude and unprofessional. I wasn’t given the correct room. I noticed a few of my things missing. They overcharged me by $100 (for incidentals, which they never mentioned and should have done in front of me, if that was the case) as soon as they got my card number and I walked away from the front desk. Luckily my card was locked. Later the entire tub nozzle broke off and water wouldn’t shut off, eventually flooding the room. When asking for a full refund they refused. Just a terrible experience and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone trying to enjoy themselves in the beach.

It was a nice place to stay! Because of the weather and time of year, the pool and beach area were not usable. We should not have been charged a resort fee for those services.
