Super convenient to the airport. Perfect for staying the night before traveling out of DFW.
Check-in was fast. I liked that everything flowed when I booked through Orbitz and the Motel sent instructions for the airport shuttle. The room had no tea or anything to make tea. This was an overnight stop for me so something warm after a flight would have been nice. The room was good.

The hotel was close to the airport and provided a reliable, free shuttle service. They need to make clear that upon arrival, walk to the purple "Courtesy van" sign, call the hotel, wait for a pick up. The staff was very friendly. The hotel was well-worn but clean. There was fresh coffee at 5 am in the morning. The elevator was broken which would be a problem if you are not on the ground floor.
Called four times with no answer. Finally let it ring from 8:59 p.m. until 9:24 and it was entered. Then he told me where to go at the airport to get picked up. When I did still another 10 minutes of ringing and was told it would be 40 minutes for the driver to get there. Caught another shuttle that was nearby. When I arrived the elevator was broken and I had to Lug up on my bags up three flights of stairs. Never once offered an apology or excuse.
Perfect for a long overlay on your flight. Rooms are simple but you can’t expect more for the price. Staff was very helpful. Shuttle service on time.
The staff are family ,so nothing matters !! It had a smell that's not welcoming!! The first desk girl!!! Is rude and unkind, because it's family owned !! The water is only warm !! This place is to sleep and run ! That smell ,is awful
Location was ideally close to airport. Making it convenient for quick travel to and from.
The property is clean, but barely comfortable. I felt and heard the springs in my bed all night long. There are two dead-bolt locks in each room, as well as a warning to not open the door without knowing who’s on the other side.
Not cleaned well with bits of paper on floor of room and bathroom. Overall in line with cost - convenient for overnight stays for delayed or overnight flights

I picked this motel because of proximity to airport after missing my connection and needing to return to airport in the morning. Needed to call 3 times and wait 45 minutes for shuttle Room basic but adequate. No amenities (soap in bathroom, no shampoo)
Website showed picture of pool, no pool. Rooms smelled musty. Asked for a refund due to false advertising. They said no, cancellations must happen 24 hours prior to reservation. That’s hard to do when we didn’t know there was no pool or that the rooms were smelly.
If you have a long layover or just on a budget this place isn't bad. The shuttle only runs every 30min .so they was good wait for that. Also they the smell of cigarettes in the hallway but didn't smell in the room. Overall it was clean, comfortable and convenient... for under $100 a night i would recommend 👌..
Nice staff and clean room. Hotel can takes a long time to pick up at airport but operates promptly returning to the airport. Hotel shares transportation with other hotels.
