Security lock didn't work on the door, air conditioner was loud when running, took a very long time to get hot water in the shower.
Clean, room is descent size, staff is helpful as well
Would not take my confirmation number no matter how many times I told them I booked in advance. Took the deposit off my card when I had the cash in had telling the that’s how I was paying my deposit. Kept cussing at me saying orbitz f-d up and they can’t find my booking despite never taking my confirmation number. Whoever was in charge kept watching the new guy struggle and got frustrated with ME instead of himself for not helping. Constantly told me to calm down when I never rose my voice nor got frustrated. Even after a long drive and it being 1 am, I still remained calm because I could tell he was new, but the one in charge needs to take a managerial course. Extremely unprofessional you get what you pay for. id rather sleep in my car the time I have to book something last minute to sleep for a few hours. Very poor experience and have never experienced that. Showers were also very nasty, ended up paying for a shower at loves. Bugs everywhere and the sink barely worked.

The house keeping staff were Gestapo banging on my door asking me if i had paid every day even tho i was there for a 5 day stay, overnight is a circus of rough tenants, families should go elsewhere, police activity night and day and cars are not safe, pool was dirty, rooms are sparce, no phones in room, water doesnt work well, linens were dirty and it seems to be staffed by a bunch of kids, not alot of english spoken, i would give it a below 1 star
Shots fired directly outside my room! Police response was not enough to keep me here, and I immediately checked out. Pot smokers all over the place. Do NOT stay here. This area is notorious for bad behavior, and there are unsavory loser-transients and homeless thieves hanging around the property and staff security is NOT enough of a deterrent. You can do far better than spend 5 minutes here.
Ok needs uphrading in cleanliness but overall irs the only horel i go to

In a time of immediate need, this hotel was available. And I love that there is security and a Starbucks right here. The rooms are bare but beds are very comfy. Wish there was a Microwave and Fridge, especially for unexpected extended stays. But overall, I would choose here again and again.
Comfortable bed extremely large room.Front office staff very rude not helpful at all. Told them something was biting on us they just ignore it. There no microwave or icebox in the rooms just a bed, might work t.v, table and chair. There was no phone in the room!! Bathroom was extremely small and dirt and nasty I would not take a shower wasn't room to dry off if I wanted too.
For the price, its a decent place. You get what you pay for. There was strong cleaning order in room. Towels had stains. This is a convenient location just off highway. Its a decent budget hotel. Carry your towel and some air freshner.
My vehicle was broken into overnight. The motel is letting a trucking company use its parking lot and it is very easy for criminals to be around. Please. If you have a family with you or you are alone. DO NOT CHOOSE THIS MOTEL.
It was a very bad experience. Customer service was horrible. Two keys that were provided did not open our room. There was no hot water, there was spiders in there room, and to top it off power was lost.
Old and bad condition, one step above crack hotel. No amenities whatsoever, not even coffee maker.
