Great location for our event at Kay Bailey. Safe area. Secure hotel. Warm breakfast was a huge plus. All staff were friendly and helpful. AC unit was a bit noisy an had a hard time keeping humidity out of our room. Would definitely stay again.

Very small and sketchy
Walking distance to convention center. But hotel does not have a parking garage and rooms are VERY small. The hotel has you park in a lot about 2 blocks down, the lot has cameras and well lit but my husband and a few other trucks were broken into. Sketchy area, probably wouldn't stay here again or even recommend it.

Extremely satisfied with our stay at the holiday inn express! Staff was friendly and efficient. Room was really nice other than a little section of peeling paint on the bathroom ceiling above the shower. (Which wasn’t an issue just a cosmetic observation) We were there for a cheer competition and It was a 7 min walk to the Kay Bailey Hutchinson convention center. Great free breakfast selection with many options. Price was very affordable and cost much less than surrounding hotels within walking distance to the convention center. There is some noise during the night from the surrounding streets but that was to be expected due to its location and the size of the event going on this particular weekend. Definitely give it 5 stars and will be staying here again!

There was no parking in the area for the hotel. Homeless were all around the hotel and you could see what looked like drug deals happening in front of the hotel. Needed a key to even enter the lobby.
