This was the best hotel I've ever stayed in. It was clean, front desk was awesome, water pressure in the shower was amazing and the room smelled so good when I walked in. I will definitely be coming back here.

Chris the site manager was rude and nasty. We went hours without water. Housekeeping never came by our room to clean or see if we needed fresh linen and the list goes on and on. I always stay at the Hyatt and never had any problems so this was very disappointing.

Very disappointed in the Hyatt stay. The water was cut off for a substantial amount of the stay. We only got a text regarding situation. No accommodation for the inconvenience. This was unacceptable after booking in advance. There were garbage bags in different areas around the property. Communication and courtesy was not there strong suit. When water did turn back on it was brown for a long period of the time. I was very disappointed because I have stayed at other Hyatts and this was far the worse one.
