Refreshing Trip
Charles that checked us in was super busy and had multiple people in the lobby but he handled it calmly and so professionally. The hotel was very clean and quiet. The water in bathtub was hot and great water pressure which is something I find rare in hotels. Also, very easy location to get too right off the highway. VERY AFFORDABLE for the experience!

Our room door wouldn’t close properly. We were able to open it without the room key. Only 1 elevator was working. We waited 15 minutes for the elevator. People were taking the stairs. The hallways were dirty and the hotel is ran down. The customer service was nice that’s about it.
