While I was a guest, the pool was "down for repairs and the computers were down so I could not check out. I never did receive a receipt for my stay. In the room, the body wash dispenser was empty and the bottom shelf where the hair dryer is stored hasn't been dusted for weeks. I think the most disturbing situation was the front desk staff eating their lunch and dinners while they are working with guests. Yuck!

The main lobby & our room were both spacious. The bed was comfortable, but that is where to good news ends. In the room, the body wash dispenser was empty and the bottom shelf where the hair dryer is stored hasn't been dusted for weeks. We were on the interstate side and the road noise was loud, as was the elevator right across the hall. The pool, one of the reasons we chose this hotel, was "down for repairs", as were the the computers at check out time. I never did receive a receipt for my stay. I think the most disturbing situation was the front desk staff eating their lunch and dinners while they are working with guests. Yuck!

There was not enough parking. The lobby smelled of weed. The halls of smoke and then air fresheners. The man on 11:30pm desk duty was beyond rude. No water for sale or available. The only saving grace was an elderly lady cleaning was able to get a pitcher of water that I could pour into cups. The room was dirty. Hand prints on the headboard. Tissues on floor, and there was no way we could shower in the dirty shower.

OK place to stay because it was inexpensive
The room right next to mine had a dog in it that parked occasionally. My bathroom looked worn with patch work on the ceiling and paint peeling off the walls.
