Hotel overall is clearly worn. Room did not have working tv, and text message based concierge was absolutely no help. The carpet was ripped, and shower / bathtub faucet was faulty. Housekeeping cleaned one night and did bare minimum.

We've previously stayed here and the experiences were much better. This time was ok but the hallway on our floor reeked like weed (at 4pm). The room was also chilly. We attributed it to the fact that it was wiinter. he next morning, when we opened the blinds, it was discovered that two windows had been left open.

From the beginning to the end the service was truly exceptional! Thank you to Ramdani, Victoria, Mary, and a very sweet woman that I’m so sorry that the name slipped my mind but her ENERGY was a true VIBE! The hotel is rundown for the area — and could use a makeover. I pre-paid for breakfast in the morning, and it was confusing to redeem. They ended up charging my card incorrectly, and I had to call for a refund. Front desk staff wasn’t consistent — not the most welcoming.
