When we first arrived there the electricity was off but I think it was a huge power outage so not their fault what I was shocked at was when I went downstairs to get a cup of coffee and was charged $9 for two cups of coffee

April 5 stay. Mattress lumpy and NO bath towels in room April12 stay. Only two bath towels for two guests. Wife needed one for hair and one for drying on Arrival so none for me. On each occasion I was able to use hand towels for bathing. Long black hair on a sticky bathroom floor. I’m gray. Wife blond. Hot/cold plate on shower was on backwards causing difficulty in achieving a warm shower especially when arriving on a late flight
