Communal areas, pool/changing facilities etc, breakfast and staff all really excellent. They welcomed our dog which was the deciding factor in staying. So very grateful for a dog friendly place. Our room was a bit dated and carpet could do with a deep clean, but we were only there for one night so didn’t bother us. Found the bedding a bit rough and itchy - again for one night wasn’t a problem and I know my skin can be pretty sensitive. But could maybe do with some review. Felt charging us for parking was a bit cheeky given the barrier was up the whole time, no way parking ticket validation or monitoring of those who came and went to use the leisure facilities for swimming lessons etc as far as we could see despite signs stating a charge for non-residents. But it was in T&Cs so can’t complain. Just seemed a little unfair to be charged as staying guests when others didn’t seem to be.

Worst Hotel!!!!!!
Room 516 was terrible. The room was not clean. Carpet dirty with stains and hairs. Someone’s clothe was by the curtains and it was so dirty. The window was full of moulds and won’t even talk of the bathroom😔 This is totally unacceptable considering the prices. This stay was the worst for us.
