Nice easy stay. Breakfast was good. Had a few restaurants to choose from. Starbucks shop too. Many food options to choose from. Didn’t have to leave the hotel to go grab a quick coffee or snack.

My husband and I were staying there to celebrate our anniversary. I spent more to get a room with a Jacuzzi. The room was nice and plenty of space. However, we couldn't use the Jacuzzi because there was not enough hot water. When we got up the next morning to take a shower, we couldn't take one because there was NO hot water. When I went to check out and they asked me how my stay was, I politely let them know we couldn't use the Jacuzzi or take a shower because there was no hot water. She said well the town had to shut the water off for a while and was having some issues. I said we had plenty of water but no hot water. She said well most of our rooms had 4 girls staying in them and I guess they used all of the hot water. Ummmmm ok but I had paid more money to have a special night for our anniversary and could not do that. She did not offer anything for our trouble.

There are better options.
Front desk lady was not friendly at check in. You pay for but do not get housekeeping. Restaurant below hotel is close during the winter. No one zipped the mattress topper and the sheet came off in the middle night and I woke up laying in the filling of the mattress which was gross. Very eco-friendly as they provide no service.

The hotel was conveniently located. The downside was that the bed was hard as a rock, the water didn’t stay hot long, the water was off for part of the morning so you couldn’t shower or brush teeth (had to use bottled water), I asked to be placed on the same floor as my party but was put 3 floors up, the phone did not work, no hair dryer available, and last but not least there were people pounding on doors at all hours of the night.
