Beautiful newly updated home in Boulder!

Amazing Location in Boulder just minutes from the park and ride. Close proximity to Whole Foods, restaurants and more. Close proximity to hiking/biking trails. CU Campus is an easy bike ride. Quiet neighborhood. Home is updated and new. Very clean and quiet. The Space has a separate entrance on the side of the house. Full bedroom, bathroom with rain shower and full washer/dryer. Family room space and small eating area that overlooks the backyard. Please be considerate as it is attached to my home. No smoking or vaping on premises. Remove shoes will in the space at all times. Check in is between 3 and 9 pm. No check ins will be allowed after 10 pm. Check out is at 10 am. No pets allowed due to severe allergies of homeowner.

It’s only a small aptwithout a kitchen not a whole house. They wouldn’t let me cancel and good luck getting VRBO to give you your money back. Didn’t stay but couldn’t get a refund

This location was great for visiting family in south Boulder. Generally welcoming and comfortable environment but for two older adults (over 70) the bed was a little low for us. Yes, I know, more PT could help! It would also help to have instructions on using the television.

Beautiful home, quiet neighborhood
This was a top tier stay. The apartment is attached to the main house but has it’s own entrance and is completely private. There is laundry in unit (super helpful for a long trip or if you have camping clothes to wash), and the neighborhood is quiet, peaceful, and convenient to Rocky Mountain National park and other area attractions.
