It really was pretty run down. The floors, towels were all stained. I took a shower and the tub ran as the shower ran. I was standing in 6 inches of water when I was done with my shower. It took a long time for the tub to drain.

The room smelled a bit funky at first (like stale cigarettes) even though it was a non-smoking room, but opening the windows got rid of the smell after a bit. Other than that it was decent, clean, quiet and the view of the lake was nice.

no frills hotel. Reasonable to stay if you just need a place to sleep for a night. no elevator so if you are on the second floor, you have to haul your luggage up the stairs
