Had a fantastic stay! The staff was very gracious & very helpful. The location on the river made it so convenient to take the water taxis everywhere. A good central location. The outdoor areas & pool made the property feel more like a resort than just a hotel. The food at the hotel was decent with good service. I would definitely stay here again.

It is a three stars hotel
The hotel is old especially the k.wing. Even this wing have been renovated but feeling like a haunted mansion. Our room lights automatically turn off at night (again). May be there is problem on power supply. Front desk and lobby staff is few. Room facilities is old and limited.
