Cordis hotel is a great place to stay with the family. We had breakfast option included which was great as they have a buffet breakfast with lots of options and stations (they make fresh omelettes). They have an hourly shuttle to downtown core (small 10 seater van). There isn’t parking available but they have valet service. There is a pool and spa but unfortunately we did not get to try it as the 3 nights we stayed it was closed for maintenance which was the only reason I gave it 4 stars for amenities as my kids were disappointed. The Chandelier lounge provides a-la-carts menu option for dinner and the food was excellent. Staff was also friendly and nice. Definitely will stay here next time in Auckland.

Standard is dropping here I’m sorry to say. They were amount the best but not so now. No personalised shampoo etc, just bottles on wall in the name of eco. I think cost saving. I want excellence at 5star. Did not have on website pool would be closed. Did not prepare my room as proffered guest requested, ashame really when they were so good
