Right across the street from Disney, literally less than 5 minutes to the entry gate to either park. Breakfast is robust with a wonderful serving staff, front desk very friendly and knowledgeable about SoCal.

Property is very convenient to the parks. The beds are just ok. Sofa bed was extremely squeaky. Walls are very thin. We could hear conversations outside and in adjoining rooms at all hours. The room was humid and the windows all have moisture on them. We couldn’t reduce this. This property isn’t worth the high price. Staff was nice and friendly.

Better than the Grand Californian
I’ve stayed at the Grand Californian and this hotel is so much better for over half the price. Free breakfast and let you get to go plates and cups so you can eat in the room. I was in the park in less than 4 minutes early in the morning.

We stayed at this hotel Feb 2024. I made sure to check reviews but do not recall reading about just how noisy this hotel is. I have 3 kids under 9 so I’m used to lots of noise, but this hotel was next level noisy. It made it difficult to sleep. The room was plenty big for our family of 5 which was great, but it was average at best. The buffet that was included was awful, although my 3 young children didn’t seem to mind it. They mainly ate fruit and cereal. When it was time to check out, the hotel staff told us they wouldn’t be able to hold our luggage while we went for lunch as they were fully booked. Once we were no longer paying customers, they were less than helpful. While it’s super convenient to stay that close to Disney, we won’t be back.

Great location for Disneyland, and nice to have a quick breakfast provided. Rooms are dated, especially bathroom. No sound proofing, could hear noise outside, next doors and upstairs. Front door had visible gap on the bottom.
