We left the card on our door to clean the room and we were gone all day over 8 hrs and our room was not cleaned. Called room service and they came right away but the lead room srrvice lady argued with me making excuses instead of apologizing. Its 3 star and thats what u get so i dont think i will be back to 3 Palms. Cleanliness- good Bathroom size-tiny/bad Pool-very good Bed-good Staff-fair Location-good

The room was big and comfortable. The furniture was very nice. Towels are very soft. Check-in was easy, and the team member who checked me in was great. Lots of nearby restaurant options.

As always, we enjoyed our stay at three Palms beautiful little great hotel with a park across the street close eating and shopping. One thing that was different was we had to ask for towels at the front desk and we’re not told that until we were poolside.

Water volume and pressure in shower was very inadequate. In room coffee service only gave 1 packet of regular coffee and 1 packet of Decaf. We were 2 adults and I would think majority of people (in general) are morning caffeine coffee drinkers.
