The room was dirty. There was a hole on the wall in the bathroom. The room was filthy (there was muddy shoes print on the floor when we checked in). Contact the front desk to have the floor mops but never happened. No house keeping to tidy up the room or to change out trash even though we requested many times. We had to check out a night early because we can’t stand the dirtiness of the room anymore.

Hotel staff was not friendly. Almost as if they were put out that we were there. We came towards the end of the breakfast time and they only had cereal available. The breakfast area was a mess with cereal all over the floor, tables with spilled juice, and trash from the coffee station all over the counters. The room was clean.
