The hotel room was a large size, however there water marks down the wall like there was a leak in the ceiling, there was blood on a pillow, we were given 2 towels for a family of 5, we were told there were no more pillows or towels and we had to return our 2 towels for 3 more. The pool was closed all weekend. The shower valve was broken and my husband had to fix it so we weren't scalded. Then there were people drunk in our hall blocking the stairs and screaming until 1030pm each night and when confronting the front desk they told us security was on the way and they never actually came. Kids were also in the halls running and screaming, kicking soccer balls against walls and doors. We had to be up early for a cheer competition and were unable to get to sleep or sleep decent due to the disrespectful guests.

Dirty sheets, did not have enough towels for the amount of people that were there, heard so many different reasons why and when the pool was going to reopen. Honestly I think it was just shut down so they didn’t have to deal with the group (it was booked cheer competition was nearby). One elevator was broke, the ice machines had no ice. Staff really didn’t seem to concerned about much at all. Positive breakfast was decent.

Booked because i need a pool for exercise due to mobility issues...found out upon check in that pool is closed even though confirmation email said its open. Front desk woman was VERY nice and upgraded me to a suite for free, but im just one person so really that was of no use to me, plus the couch has stains on it, gross. Bathtub didnt work, water temp could nit be regulated so had to brush my teeth with hot water. Worst of all, the bed was like a slab of concrete which was terrible for my already bad back problems. The towels were the roughest ive ever seen to the point the one sounded like i was unfolding a piece of paper. This hotel looks nice, but it's smoke and mirrors. Breakfast was meh, no vending machines, the little store downstairs had some chips and candy bars, nothing else. Worst hotel ive stayed at in a really long time. Other than the front desk woman, i have zero positives to say about this property which is truly rare for me.
