This hotel is very close to everything in Whistler - you can't beat the location! The staff was friendly and Anna was especially accommodating in assisting us to find the right type of room for our family. When the hotel made an error, Anna called me immediately to notify me and rectify the situation. I would stay just for her customer service again! The rooms are very tight for a family of four and all of your ski gear and luggage. The room was clean but the towels were very poor and need to be upgraded. The price and location of this hotel makes it all worth it int he end.

We had a small issue at check-in that the staff resolved quickly and courteously. They made the stay a pleasure. The hotel was convenient to the town and ski slopes.

The size of the property is ideal in that there are ample elevators access to the parking is easy without long walks, which is a hassle when carting ski gear etc..
