Rooms were horrible. Shower water pressure was horrible. Front desk help was very rude. Elevator didn’t work. Sat down for dinner and ordered, 40 minutes went by and no food or help after. Other guests got seated, ate, and left while we sat waiting. Finally walked off. Horrible experience.

My ratings a mainly for the front desk associates and what happened there. When we arrived for check in the women up front said I hadn’t paid my reservation, while I looked for my receipt because I know I had paid, she was very impatient. I just wanted the situation to end so I offered to just pay again. She said my card declined 2 times so my partner offered to pay the women ran the card but then said we couldn’t add a new card and it was declined. Though we saw it approve and it was holding on our bank statement. We tried to ask about a refund and was told to return the next day for a manager. Went down the next morning before check out to figure it out, and the front desk man couldn’t even find a reservation with my partners card to be able to refund. Was sent away without being able to talk to a manager and given the front desk number to call in a week apparently if it doesn’t “resolve” itself. Not very pleased with how it was handled.

Only 1 elevator works on the entire casino, we had the top floor tower rooms and multiple time had to take the stairs because the one working elevator was overrun. Also the skywalk was closed, with no signage stating so. Just closed doors after yet taking more stairs because of anothe "out of service" elevator.

Skywalk was down, elevator was in questionable condition. Most customers were taking the stairs, which were disgusting. Doors off of stairwell needed repair. Inexcusable for how much profit the property brings in & how expensive the rooms are nightly.
