Was put in a room with poor WiFi signal, told 2 ladies in 2 different days and wasn’t offered a new room and instead was told oh well nothing we can do. There was no hot water the first day we were there and had somewhere very important to be. Had to wipe down with soap and cloth..

Stayed for one night and was a terrible experience. It was 80 degrees in the room, when I tried to turn on the A/C it didn’t work. In the morning was cold and tried the heater and also did not work. Also, hot water did not work, had to take a cold shower which was not pleasant. There were stains on the sofa and carpet.

Everything is within reasonable distance. When we checked in, Austin stayed past the end of his shift to ensure we were accomodated. As first time visitors to the city, we appreciated the helpful and friendly attitude of the staff as they gave us answers to our many questions:)

We had a great stay
The staff were welcoming and friendly, especially Nevaeh & Koffi. They went above & beyond to ensure that customers were comfortable with smiles on their faces. The breakfast was amazing-so many real hot breakfast options to choose from. The location is good, close to the attractions & capitol.

I had a hard time getting my deposit back from this hotel. The air temperature wasn’t working it was super cold and I needed the heat to work. Unorganized I had to change my room when I brought it 4 days before so they put me in another room. I brought this room of of hotel.com but since I didn’t but it off the official website for Hyatt it wasn’t sufficient.
