This La Quinta Inn appears to have been update in the past 4 years..........and the current conditions is very good for the price. Their breakfast for above average for most hotels.

Check in was amazing. Super friendly front desk staff. The breakfast lady was very rude. Stood over by the front desk and people kept asking for items that had run out. No milk, coffee, waffle mix, eggs, coffee cups….. Cut off time of 9am, is not enough time. I was shamed for taking breakfast to my room but there was no where to sit because everyone was rushing to get breakfast before 9am cutoff. Bathtub is painted and so are countertops. Peeling paint around sink. Property was clean.

It was an ok place. Wasnt too bad. Only stayed here cause it was affordable for last minute stay plus I have a dog. Pet friendly. Close to food and shopping.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast was about par for the course - it will tide you over until lunch. The area is extremely easy to get around on by foot with a nice mall a couple of blocks away and plenty of dining options and bus transportation next to the hotel.

The staff was amazing! The property is run down and our room had the last guest’s chips on the floor. The toilet wouldn’t flush unless you held it down for 30 seconds and the carpet was peeling. It was cheap but for good reason, you get what you pay for. The outdoor area was nice and I liked the ability to open our back slider and sit outside. I’m pretty sure the property is non-smoking and there were at least 3 different groups of people smoking outside our room the next morning so it’s taken with a grain of salt.

No empathy for the handicap.
Toilet almost wanted to overflow after every flush…water was scalding hot and to get it to warm you had to turn the cold water knob barely an inch otherwise it would be ice cold. What was even worse was that contractors that were staying at the hotel were allowed to take up 15 stalls amongst their 2 vehicles in the parking lot instead of parking in the back or somewhere else. Keep in mind we were staying in a handicap mobility room on the 1st floor where there are only 2 handicap stalls. If you only have 2 handicap stalls and 2 mobility rooms then once stall should be reserved for that room since yes we have a handicap placard. Makes sense right? Complained to the front desk and they said they are allowed to park their vehicles there. No empathy nothing. Best save your money and stay elsewhere.
