Receptionist communication is very poor The way I was treated was like I was begging to stay for free. The communication was really poor. And not helpful or empathy. Every other thing like the building was excellent 5 star Aside from the way I was treated not acceptable!!! Communication with the Receptionist was hostile. Not communicating to help but underrate you and consideration. Not a good service from the receptionist. Just not a good service. Rest of the service was okay. Building was okay and stay but communication from the staff was poor.

Staff were very accommodating and friendly, it was unfortunate that there was no restaurant or breakfast available but complimentary coffee and muffins were mad available from 7:00-9:00am. Also they offer a lovely jacuzzi, sauna, and workout area. It is conveniently located close to the Eaton Centre, and other amenities.
