Great position in the heart of Shinjuku - kabukicho area. Staff were helpful and professional. It was a shame that the access to the Godzilla head was closed. The cleaners need to pay more attention to the walls esp in the bathroom. Lots of toothpaste splatter present. Also the fabric lined sofa needs a good steam extraction clean. It was dirty with grease/grime/human slime. Some hair strands lying around the carpet too. For the cost per night, I would expect a cleaner room.

Once you get over the initial shock of how small the room is, it is a great hotel with everything you need. Very quiet considering the hustle and bustle outside. Excellent help from concierge desk. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay
