There were several bugs in our room. We had reserved 3 rooms for our large family and a couple other family members had travelled up over 3 hours to meet us here for the night. Since we left due to bugs and were granted a full refund, our family also wanted to follow us. The hotel staff stated since THEY hadn’t found bugs they could check out, but would not be getting a refund. Disappointing.

The entire building inside and room smelled of cigarettes, which is interesting because there are signs saying it's a smoke free building. Breakfast was blah, nothing special. The experience could have been much better considering the price. Won't stay again.

Do not stay at this hotel! Rooms and hallways are filthy. Terrible service at the front desk. We believe to have witnessed drug activity in the parking lot. We did not stay the night. Left within 20 minutes of arrival.
