Lydia was a great help when she noticed a technical fail with our reservation, creating a double-booking. I received a random call from Lydia asking to check if we needed 1 room or 2. I appreciated her attentiveness and initiative to call before charging for 2 rooms. Unfortunately, even though this place has great and friendly staff, the Garden Inn nickles and Dimes you for nearly everything. For example, it is $10/day to park your car at the place youve already paid to sleep at. Secondly, the breakfast buffet is $16 per person, offering the same choices (eggs, potatoes, sausage, bacon, cereal, toast, assorted pasteries and juices) as you would get at a Holiday Inn or Choice Hotel! Im glad I didn't spend money on it. They comped us one morning's breakfast as a aology for the booking issue. The food was fine, but not $16 worth. The room was very clean, smelled fresh, and was very spacious. I have no complaints about the room or our amenities within it.
