Our room was absolutely disgusting. Booking and executive king suite on a high floor with views got us the most awful room I’ve ever seen. First floor above lobby floor - zero view of anykind other than people walking past all day and night - sandwiched between elevator and stairs. Inside the room it was dirty and sheets badly stained. Furniture mis matched and in poor condition - none of the doors or drawers closed completely so it looked the the place had been ransacked with everything hanging open. Carpet filthy and stained - baseboards - walls and ceiling scuffed up and also stained. Bathroom in desperate need up updating and cleaning. Terribly slow draining shower drain and bad lighting everywhere. This hotel stay was a zero - and shame on Orbitz and the hotel. Total rip off. Could not wait to wake up and checkout !

The property needed some work there was minor cosmetic things that should be taken care of like fire extinguishers with no glass in the containers door handles that were broken latches that didn't work no safety mechanisms for the pool entrance anybody could have walked in from the outside into the pool area because you didn't have to use a card everything was broken the Wi-Fi sucked can I get on Wi-Fi the whole time I was there so of course I burned up data trying to use my GPS or look up things for travel three people were staying in a room we were given $2,000 to wash Cars one setting of shampoo and soap there's never any offer of refills or anything if you want something you need to go to the desk and of course like most hotels they do not clean every day unless you ask breakfast was the exact same thing everyday and staying there almost a week it's kind of old a little variation would have been nice they could have threw out some maybe boiled eggs or even some oatmeal instead of Dry Cereal there was very limited seating for the amount of people that were in the that could be in the hotel there was like 10 tables the hotel has like 157 rooms so very limited seating there was no restaurant at the hotel and we weren't near anything really for walking except for a Shell gas station

Informed the hotel previously that I was coming with a service animal. When I arrived I was told the hotel is not pet friendly. I once again said I had a service animal. I was questioned about her authenticity. I provided what tasks she’s trained to perform. It was still questioned and I reiterated that she was a service dog.
