You,Expedia, quoted me a $75 a day Resort fee on my reservation but when I arrived they told me it was $165 a day. I tried texting and calling you but you sent me in an endless loop and never did a thing for me! Your customer service is the absolute worst! I ended up staying somewhere else for 1 night because of you.

Better not want to take a shower and wash your hair as the hot water lasts less than 4 minutes and comes out in a trickle. We're guessing that each individual room has a 2 gallon water heater. Fluorescent bulb in the toilet room was so dim you couldn't find the same to pull the toilet paper off the roll. Sink in the room had such a dim light You could not see to put on makeup or shave. Lumpy saggy mattress. No linen changes no maid service. No worries we won't do this again.
