Modern and updated hotel. Clean rooms, comfortable beds. Amazing free breakfast!! Less than 10 mins walking distance to Amalie Arena. Great restaurants close by and a Starbucks in the hotel. Close to the river walk. I was able to check in early without charge. I would definitely stay again! All the staff were friendly and helpful.

I liked that it was near the trolley and we were able to get around to places we would not be able to walk to. Good breakfast but very crowded. The pool had NO SUN! There were so many large buildings surrounding the hotel that the sunlight was completely blocked by the pool. I really would have liked to lay in the sun on my vacation.

The staff were so friendly! The whole property was spotless. Valet made staying downtown so easy! The breakfast buffet was delicious. Would definitely stay here again!

Room was not ready when we arrived. Woman at front desk was less than friendly. When room was finally ready, we were handed room key, never told about amenities. Our room was not the room that we had selected.

My husband and i loved this hotel. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was very nice and comfortable and clean. We will stay here again. Breakfast was good lots of food to choose from hot and cold food.
